Reservations will guarantee that the day and time that you’re looking for are secured for your group. While our facility is open to walk-ins, availability is not guaranteed and we will always advocate for guests to schedule a reservation online or by calling us at (717) 208-6288.

Each of our escape experiences provides a means to escape prior to completing the tasks within the room. We encourage users to try their best not to abandon their teammates during their hour of need, but we understand, life happens!

We strongly recommend ages 10 and up for active participation in our escape games; however, players of all ages are welcome at our facility.

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your game, but no more than 20! We want to allow ample time for members of your group to use the facilities, get acquainted with the locks they’ll be seeing in the room, receive a briefing on their objective, and then the fun begins!

If you use reading glasses, bring them along; otherwise, all you will need is your wits! No outside resources can be used during your game, everything you need will be provided to you!

Each experience can last for up to 60 minutes; however, plan on arriving 15 minutes beforehand and staying an upwards of 15 minutes more after your experience has concluded, totaling about 90 minutes on our premises.

No, due to COVID-19, all of our escape experiences have been privatized. Once you book a room, it’s yours and yours alone!

These are live-action escape experiences. You must arrive on time in order to participate. We cannot wait for latecomers. Please allow ample time for traffic and parking.

**There are no refunds or exchanges for participants who arrive past their booking time.

Whether reserving online or over the phone, payment is due in full at the time of sign-up.

Reservations for 2 or more rooms are due no less than 7 days prior to the date of the experience. A 50% deposit will be due at the time of sign-up.

Groups may reschedule their escape experience no less than 24 hours prior to their booking time.

**Due to the nature of our escape events, same-day reschedules are treated as cancellations and are therefore non-transferrable or refundable.

Absolutely! You may either edit your reservation through your confirmation email, or simply call our office at (717) 208-6288. We can charge the card used at the time of sign-up, or collect additional payment the day of your experience.

Currently at our new location, all of our escape experiences are accessible exclusively by stairs.

While some clues are hidden and involve crouching, there is no climbing. Most clues involve observing and making connections.

None of our escape experiences require knowledge of the theme in order to escape. While Imposter is based off the popular online game ‘Among Us’ and tends to be a fan-favorite amongst the younger generation, it is not an “easy” room for adults to breeze through. Escape the 80’s has been conquered by those born after 1990 and Triassic Island has been conquered by those born after 65,000,000,000 BC. The only thing that may influence your group’s decision is the aesthetic and the difficulty. None of our rooms are scary, and they all offer something unique to experience!
